When purchasing a digital application or in-app subscription through an official app store (Google Play, Apple App Store), your transaction is governed by that store’s terms. The applicable right of withdrawal and refund policy will be stated in the app’s store listing.

Alternative dispute resolution (EU)

If you are a consumer based in the EU and a dispute arises from a purchase made through our services, you may submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Castellón, Spain, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
